• Direct Broker-Borrower Communication: Brokers are expected to maintain direct communication with borrowers, avoiding the involvement of broker chains.

• Active Deal Facilitation: Brokers are encouraged to actively contribute to expediting the progress of their deals at a favorable pace.

• Transparent Disclosure: Brokers are required to provide full disclosure regarding any obstacles, challenges, and material facts pertaining to the deal.

• Clear Fee Structure: Broker fees are transparently listed on term sheets or, if necessary, fee agreements. These fees are disbursed upon the successful closing of the deal.

• Supplementary to Lender Origination Fee: Broker fees are separate from the lender origination fee, as quoted.

• Accessibility and Responsiveness: Both brokers and borrowers are expected to remain accessible and responsive, especially during our review process, to address any queries or clarifications if needed.

• Prompt Issuance of Terms: We strive to issue terms promptly, typically within 24-48 hours for straightforward deals and 3-5 days for more complex transactions.
